One month until College Football Mental Health Week

We're one month out!

College Football Mental Health Week is October 2-9, 2021. This week is a call-to-action for colleges and universities nationwide to break down stigma, offer quality resources, and let student-athletes know that we care. We currently have 38 schools and universities signed up to join us this year (and counting)!

We can't wait to make this a memorable week by hosting important conversations and working towards a world where mental health is seen on parity with physical health.

Want to get involved?

Individuals can show your support for College Football Mental Health Week, too! We've created a page for you to find information, see sample social media posts, and download graphics for you to share with your family and friends.

Now through September 6th, you can also get our Mental Health Week shirt! This is a great way for student-athlete families and fans to get involved in this program, and every sale supports Hilinski’s Hope.

To see such a growth between our first and second year of College Football Mental Health Week has been truly humbling. The colleges and universities that dedicate themselves to the mental health of their student-athletes give us great hope for the future.

To everyone who has supported, donated, and gotten involved - thank you. Together, we will end the stigma.

With love and hope,
Mark and Kym Hilinski
