After months of planning, we're here - the inaugural #3Day and College Football Mental Health Awareness Week!

Thank you to all of those joining us on this journey. Over the course of this week, seventeen schools will be making mental health a priority with their student athletes, and countless students and family members will see our message of unity. We're so proud of the legacy you all have helped us build to keep Tyler's memory alive, and to declare to all your loved ones that #MentalHealthMatters.

This fall, we roll out our new mental health program - The Hilinski's Hope Gameplan. Created through partnership with the NCAA Sports Science Institute, this comprehensive program helps universities save lives, eliminate stigma, and scale mental wellness programs for student-athletes by providing practical tools for schools and student-athletes, and implement the change necessary to bring parity to mental health in line with all other illnesses and injuries these student-athletes face. As part of the College Football Mental Health Awareness Week, we’ll be partnering with the Institute to Promote Athlete Health and Wellness (IPAHW) and Prevention Strategies to broadcast a special 30-minute live webinar event on October 6th at 1:00pm EST. This webinar will address how you can bring Hilinski’s Hope to campus and details about our Game Plan.

Our week is packed with conversations with several schools around the country regarding the importance of mental health and the accessibility to resources. We look forward to connecting with as many student athletes, coaches, and parents as possible.

Hilinski’s Hope is trying to raise $33,333 to support #3Day and the inaugural College Football Mental Health Awareness Week. Before the week even began, you've already raised over $3,333 to get resources and programs into schools - you are awesome!
