We R In: Bulldog Athletics Supports Student-Athlete Mental Health Week
Go Red Lands
REDLANDS, Calif. – The University of Redlands Athletics Department joins more than 210 colleges and universities nationwide with an estimated 85,000 student-athletes involved across 20+ sports and all 50 states, as supporters of Hilinski's Hope Student-Athlete Mental Health (SAMH) Week. Beginning SAMH Week on Saturday, October 5, Bulldog Athletics is breaking down stigma, offering quality resources, and letting student-athletes know they are supported.
For the fifth year, Hilinski's Hope Foundation is curating a collective week of action focused on eliminating stigma and increasing mental health resources for universities and colleges nationwide. SAMH Week coincides with Mental Illness Awareness Week, October 6-12, culminating on World Mental Health Day on October 10. The event started with only 16 schools and has blossomed into a significant collaboration throughout the country.
If you plan to attend any of the home games listed below this week, please wear green to show your support of Mental Health and the Hilinski's Hope Foundation.
